Travel to Dali, Yunnan
Erhai Lake
Erhai Lake has an interesting name. “Er” meaning ear, “hai” meaning sea. It got its name from the shape of the lake. If you got time, cycle or drive around the lake to fully experience the beauty of nature. Erhai Lake is the seventh largest freshwater lake in China. Travel to Lijiang, Yunnan
Jade Dragon Snow Mountain & Black Dragon Pool
Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is the most southern glacier in the Northern Hemisphere. The attraction is fairly easy to get to, being only 9 miles away from Lijiang Old Town. Visitors can climb up to 4680 meters above sea level, but the human body will begin to show signs of discomfort as the amount of oxygen diminishes at higher altitude. Bringing oxygen cans and use it prior to feeling discomfort is a good way of adjusting and preparing your body for high altitude. (SOURCE)
Climbing to a high altitude is not for everyone, especially those with heart conditions. But you can still watch the snowy peaks of the mountain enlaced by white fog in Black Dragon Pool Park. Travel to Dali, Yunnan
Three Pagodas
The Three Pagodas are located in Dali Old Town. They form a symmetrical triangle at the foot Mt. Cangshan. The Three Pagodas are actually built 100 years apart from each other and designed by someone who was originally from Xi’an. The lake “Ju Ying Chi”, meaning reflection, is one of the best locations to visit if you want to see all three pagodas at once as well as their reflection on the gleaming surface of the water.
