- Open the ECARD app on your mobile device. Log in with your user ID and password. (If you have just received your ECARD, don’t forget to activate your card and create your user ID & password first!)
- Once logged in, select the hamburger icon located on the top left corner of your app to find the complete list of menu.
- Select Load Funds and Load From Bank as shown below.
- Input the amount of loading and select the linked account you wish to use under the funding method. (If you haven’t linked any bank account, select Funding Method and Add New Linked Account)
- Set up Auto-Reload to have money automatically transferred to your account.
- You can set up a recurring payment or an auto-reload when your account balance hits below a certain amount.
- Confirm all the detail on your transaction before proceeding.
- Your bank to card loadings will take up to 4 business days to process. (Business day does not include U.S. Holidays or weekends)
