How Far is Breast Cancer Away From You?

On average, every 1 in 8 women in the U.S. will develop breast cancer over the course of her lifetime which is more than 10% of the female population. And if you think you are safe simply because you are a man. Think Again, because 1 in every 883 men also experiences breast cancer during lifetime. Breast cancer is not only the second most diagnosed cancer among American women, its death rate is also higher than all other cancers falling only short behind lung cancer.

In 2019, more than 268,000 new cases are expected to be diagnosed. As the number of cases grow each year, more people begin to pay attention to breast cancer and make it their goal to spread awareness and educate the general public. (SOURCE)

Know the Symptoms of Early Breast Cancer

How do I know if I am at risk of breast cancer?

The beginning development of lump or mass in the breast
Swelling even if no lump was found
A change in the size or shape of breast
The nipple or breast skin appears red, scaly, or thickened
A nipple turned inward into the breast
